I don't think. You bought the patreon code specifically for the current version of the game, and not for all those that will be released in the future.
If our patreon subscribers want it, it will be free. I think there will be two ways: the first, in which it comes out for free and is not supported for as long as we would like, and the second way, in which it is paid, but for the money raised from sales, we support it with new DLC and content.
Purchases on itch work the same way as on patron. Having bought the version once, you will not be able to access new ones every new release. You will have to buy them again or wait for a free release.

And my last question is why are one of the girls, who’s phone number I have, shown with pink name tag backround instead of green? I thought it was relationship related and I clicked “Let’s date!” But she told me to “fuck off”
Green is a friend, pink is a high romantic relationship. High romantic relationships are not a guarantee that you will date. LMB - finger tapping. Free patreon codes are permanent cheats and are valid for future versions
If you are stuck with the language selection game, you should just wait. This is how RenPy works. Language switching takes a very long time. Another thing is if it completely crushes the game. Here, most likely, your phone is simply not able to pull any game on RenPy, where there is a lot of text.

Versions with a/b/c annotations are usually not released to the public, but their content is present in subsequent versions.

Codes that were created by itch can be revisited by e-mail request afaik. If that link at itch doesn't work anymore I don't know...
