So, the time of the release of the new WN. We will not unnecessarily waste your time with unnecessary words, so we will get down to business right away.

First, randomized NPCs. As you might have guessed, we are still actively working on their uniqueness and external data. For example, we have already made seven new types of earrings that are generated on them. But it's not just accessories that the world is full of, right? In addition to them, new types of underwear have appeared, it has become possible to customize it point-by-point in the editor of randomized NPCs, as well... New CG scenes. In the previous WN, we already presented one of them, but it was an unfinished version. Now, as expected, it is finished, and is a full-fledged CG scene that has already been inserted into the game. All of them, oddly enough, are shown in different interactions between your character and randomized NPCs. You can see them now in the next versions when you select certain interactions. They will also be responsible for group interactions of randomized NPCs in the future.


Secondly, the plot. Some modifications came again. As we mentioned previously in the previous WN, work on the plot is underway, and already now you can try out, firstly, the first plot changes with Meiko Tsukasa, where you will need to solve problems of a certain nature that were hitherto unknown to you, secondly, the storyline related to by the Journalism Club, Yuki Oota and Ayano Yoshida. Some innovations, changes, and improvements have come to it, which will improve it. By the release of the 934 update, a new ending will have to appear for all those events that are narrated in the storyline, as well... Of course, some improvements to the storyline with a realtor. Of course, they will not be so significant due to weak support in the voting; however, even this will not remain on the sidelines. Currently, everything is being written, but by the release of the new version everything will be ready and inserted into the game.


Third, the backgrounds. We are continuing our work, which concerns backgrounds. A new lane background is already ready:



Before that, it was highlighted only in group activities, but now it will be considered the location of the academy, where different RNPCs go to smoke.

Fourth, system. This includes new perks per level, which have been added quite a few during this period, as well as the recycling of old ones. Now some perks can give not only buffs, but also debuffs. Of course, if that were all, we wouldn't separate this point from everything else. However, this also includes the processing of the "Luck" attribute, which followed the processing of pumping this parameter. So, without further ado and briefly - now the Luck attribute affects almost everything in the game. The success of actions with randomized NPCs, faster leveling, and even the same notorious earnings. Almost every mechanic was associated with this attribute, and now it affects almost everything in the game. Of course, to a lesser extent than some narrowly focused attribute, at times, but at the moment it is universal and quite easy to pump. In the near future, there will also be a rebalancing of other attributes: dexterity, strength, endurance and other parameters.


Fifth, fixed bugs. And here we will manage with a complete list of changes for these one and a half weeks:



New content: 

— The story continued with Yuki Oota, Ayano Yoshida and the journalism club with new events. In addition, the text has been edited in some places and some information/narrative of the plot has been changed in general, more interactivity has been made, and some choices have become more obvious in their consequences. 

— New events have been added to the romantic storyline with Meiko Tsukasa: firstly, now she reacts to many things that your character does, for example, fights too often, and secondly, these same events open her up from a new side, giving your character the opportunity to influence the future fate of their relationship. 

— Some events with Meiko Tsukasa have been slightly changed and redesigned to meet current standards: now you can be role-playing the character of your character thanks to numerous choices. If before that, you didn't like your character, spelled out at the very beginning, then now you can safely move away from him and role-playing something else. Currently, the structure of events with her is similar in terms of elections to the structure of the initial events with Ayano Yoshida.

— Now the interactions "Paw the tits", "Paw the ass", and just "Paw" in aggressive interactions with randomized NPCs have CG scenes that are shown when the interaction is successful. Two new CG scenes were drawn especially for them. 

— Now, in the editor of randomized NPCs, you can point-adjust the underwear of female RNPCs. Including completely removing it. 

— Added a little more than half a dozen different earrings and similar accessories for randomized female NPCs. 

— Now your character can become addicted after every cigarette smoked. The chance of this depends on luck. The addiction itself will act in such a way that the longer your character does not smoke, the more energy he spends per hour. Every day, this debuff will get worse and worse until your character smokes a cigarette, which will give more energy with addiction than without it.

— The luck attribute has been completely redesigned - now it affects almost every game mechanic in its own way: saves from bullies, reducing the chance of their attacking your character, can increase the amount of experience gained with some chance, thanks to luck your character will be able to save an unsuccessful dialogue with some chance, and so on. All these are small chances, but they apply to almost everything in the game. 

— The descriptions of attributes in the character creation menu have been updated and adjusted to the current realities of the game: now there is much more information, it is more accurate and in fact briefly tells about each of them. 

— Now your character can earn extra money in the city temple every day, getting some money for it, as well as pumping some attributes with this opportunity. 

— Added two new sets of underwear for randomized NPCs: they are generated at the very beginning of the session on them, and they can also be selected/changed in the RNPCs editor. 

— A new perk has been added to the game for the level - scoundrel. With its help, you can permanently increase the relationship with RNPCs in sessions that have high suggestibility. 

— A new perk per level has been added to the game - hacked databases. With its help, you can permanently increase the academic performance of your character.

— A new perk per level has been added to the game - a conservative investor. With its help, you can get an additional percentage on a bank deposit.

— Now the skill for the "Professional Hooligan" levels gives another new bonus when you take it - an increased reputation among hooligans.

— Now the skill for the "Smoker" levels gives not only a bonus to the use of cigarettes, but also gives your character an addiction to them.

— Now in the diary, if you hover your finger / cursor over any of the attributes, a hint will appear on the right side of the diary, which will tell you how to pump the attribute and where it is used.

— The activity distribution module has been changed: now randomized NPCs with higher requirements communicate with each other, they do not smoke as often, and in general, some adjustments have been made to the choice of activity depending on the location. Now these parameters are much more influenced by individual characteristics, and activities more obviously affect their influence statistics.

— Now the skill for the "Stock Expert" levels gives not only a bonus to making money, but also because of it, your character will receive a lower percentage in the bank deposit.

— Now one unit of experience is not permanently issued every hour. In order for this to happen, your character now needs the "Fast Learnability" perk.

— Now, the achievement "I am a programmer" is issued only if your character has more than 200 programming skill points. 

— New CG scenes depicting this or those actions have been added to some interactions between randomized NPCs. 

— The number of reputation hooligan needed to increase their rank by one and a half times has been increased. 

— The background of the location "Lane" was redrawn. In addition, the schedule of the was also changed in it: in addition to the daytime version, night and evening were also added. In addition, now you can enter the location itself not only by interacting with the RNPCs or the plot NPC, but also using the menu of the sub-locations: now it is a separate location where RNPCs walk. 

— Added a new event for existing group activities related to hugs. 

— Now, when working part-time in a grocery store, the physical attributes of your character are improved.

Fixed bugs:

— Fixed a bug where the achievement "Do I look like a dog to you?" in the diary, it was shown completed only if the achievement "I am a programmer" was completed.

— Fixed a bug related to the incorrect distribution of group activity between randomized NPCs.

— Fixed a bug where an exception was thrown during location interaction in the park with randomized NPCs.

— Fixed a bug where when calling a plot NPC, a randomized NPC could call, whose phone number your character didn't even have.

— Fixed a bug in which an incorrect description of the action could be made while smoking a cigarette, depending on the location.

— Fixed a bug that caused earrings to be displayed incorrectly on randomized female NPCs.

— Fixed a bug that caused not all existing locations to be shown in the Corridor location.

— Fixed a bug in which RNPCs could smoke in locations where it was not allowed to do so.

— Fixed a bug due to which, if the fear is too high, your character might not change the situation with a randomized NPC and his relationship with him due to too low a relationship modifier. In addition, the lowest threshold of the modifier has been changed, and now it is not 10 percent, but 25.

— Fixed a bug where an exception could occur in a hug scene with a randomized NPC if a third base hairstyle was generated on it.

— Fixed a bug in which randomized NPCs could be given incorrect group activity.

— Fixed a bug with the incorrect workspace of the hover/non-hover version of some buttons in the character creation menu/other elements of the game.

— Fixed a bug due to which the second number needed to pump the strength attribute in the diary had a fractional value, not an integer.

— Fixed a bug that caused an information field for hints without them to appear in the "Statistics" category in the diary.

— Fixed a bug in which randomized NPCs did not change their location after working part-time in a grocery store by your character.

— Fixed a bug that caused your character to shoot too little satiety after a part-time job in a grocery store.

— Fixed a bug in which payment from hooligans could be carried out without having a certain amount of money during the plot task with Yuki Oota.

— Fixed a bug due to which some interface was not displayed in the English translation of the game when creating a character.




So, this is where our WN ends. What can we expect from unexpected changes in the next update? Recycling of the relationship system. At the moment, even with the introduction of the fatigue system, it is too weak, if we evaluate it. Naturally, this will change: it will be impossible to bring the NPC to love and even in some cases friendship by pure spam of conversations. It will take time, some transitional moments, but... This will be discussed a little later. So far, it remains as it is now. Now, as expected, this is the end of our WN. Update 934 will be released on September 27, therefore... It remains only to wait.

Complicating the game is of course very good, the main thing is not to overdo it and not increase it to the level of dark souls :)

There will always be cheats. Our main goal is to make the system interesting and not monotonous here. So that the interaction experience is different with each NPC
